Error Message during installing Windows Server 2008 in VM

I installed 64 bit window 7 Operating system as host machine. I am trying to
install a virtual machine (Virtual PC 2007) with 32 Bit - Windows Server
2008. After entering the product key its giving error message "Windows
installation has encountered an error and needs to be restarted."

Could you any help me to resolve the above issue.
