Error message at Install

In installation, I first get the error with the code 2352.
Then I get another error code with the number 1603 and I
already exited out my anti spyware and freed up enough
hard drive space, so that's not the problem. Thanks for
the help!

ok thanks for the error CODE but i need u to TELL me the
ERROR MESSAGE that came with the code.

also tell me ur operating system???

and what version of msn messenger r u trying to install?

The first error message reads: The installer has
encountered an unexpected error installing this package.
This may indicate a problem with this package. The error
code is 2352. The second error message reads, MSN
messenger setup has failed with error code: '1603'. Please
go to the MSN Messenger website and download the software
from there.
I am using windows 98 (Yeah, I know a piece of crap) and
I'm trying to install 6.2.
