ERROR MESSAGE FOR MISSING FILE AFTER DOWNLOADING WINDOWS SERICE PACK 2

I did yesterday - through the automated Windows up-date
service installed on my PC - web site and do the upgrade
my Windows XP professional with the new

Windows XP Service Pack 2

The down load was apparently successful in every way:
but one "error message" occurred at the end of the
download / instalment process:

ERROR
Could not find "swflash.ocx"

The Service Pack 2 was however apparently installed
correctly.

PROBLEM: However, each time I start my computer the above
mentioned Error-message re-occurs.

At least once each time I log on, this occurs. Once
logged on, however, the message does only seldom re-
occur., with an estimate 10 min. interval.

HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

Reinstall the Shockwave Player :
