After I recently ran a disk optimization program, my computer tasks 3-4
minutes to post desktop icons and load the MS Office toolbar. Then it posts
an error message "NT On-access Scanner Service has encountered a problem and
needs to close". When I ran the defragmentation program, there were two
files that it gave me the option to isolate or delete. Stupidly, I deleted
them and did not save their names. Any suggestions on how I can get my
Windows XP to load immediately as it used to? Thank you for the help.
