Error Message When Opening IE7

My system has Windows Vista Home Edition with IE7. Whenever I open IE7 I get
the following message (or something like this):

An error has occurred initializing Virtual Key Shared Cache. To open
Virutal Key correctly close application and restart.

I get this message EVERY TIME and closing and restarting does no good. If
you just click out of it the internet runs fine with no further problems, but
I would still like to avoid getting this message.

Any suggestions?

Hi,
You may have an incompatible browser add-on or third-party program.
See: http://www.enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp
for troubleshooting information.

Installing the latest version of the troublesome add-on may resolve this, or
the add on may not yet be compatible with IE7.

The troublesome program may not show up as an add-on. Disable other
security, privacy, ad-blocking programs to see if one of them is causing the
problem. Any program that interacts with Internet Explorer could be causing
this. The connection with IE may not be obvious, such as Google Desktop.

A firewall will probably not be causing this problem, but turn on the
Windows Firewall from Control Panel> Windows Firewall before disabling a
third-party firewall or security suite.

Hope this helps,
Don

I have this same problem. When I checked another website it recommended
deleting virtual key shared cache. What is the function of this, is it safe
to delete and can it be restored? I am frustrated that this a problem on a
new computer!
