Error message on right clicking folders

Since installing XP SP2, if I rightclick a folder or try any cut/copy/paste
actions I get an error message on explorer.exe which says:-
The instruction at "0x012d355f" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The
memory could not be "written".

On reinstalling XP without SP2, the problem goes away, but as soon as you
re-instal SP2, the problem returns.

Any ideas?

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:

If you have DivX installed, be sure to install the lates version:

Alsy, SpySweeper is known to cause this problem in WinXP SP2.
