error message on security update NT 4.0

When i try to do a security update from windows update site, I get following
error message on my domain controller.
I checked setup.log file and its permissions and attributes they are all in
accordance.

Someone on the net said move windows update folder from the root and then
try to install the update.Since the problem is with one update KB831873, i am
not taking that extreme step.Has anyone has seen the same?
server has NT 4.0 standard, SP6a
