Error message when shutting down PC

Every time when I shut down my PC, this error message "Application failed to
initiate........". The error message flashes and disappear before I could
copy the error number and window shutdown.
What is the possible problem? Please advise.

Look through the logs and you should find the error which will hopefully
indicate the problem.
