Error message at start up - everytime.

After computer preformed an automatic update on service pack 2, it has a
message on the screen as follows: hkcmd module has an error and must close. I
can't figure out how to clear it. Tried checking the updates again, but
system states all up to date.

Craig,

The link you supplied wouldn't work. I tried both clicking on it and copy
and past to the browser address line. Is there something I am missing?
