Error Message

Hi all,

When I start to download SP2, It fails with this error message:-

Error Code: 0x80070001
Try to install the update again, or request help from one of the following
resources.


For self-help options:

Frequently Asked Questions
Find Solutions
Windows Update Newsgroup

For assisted support options:


Microsoft Online Assisted Support (no-cost for issues related to getting
updates)



Anyway, please can somone help me by sharing some light on this issue,

The PC is Windows XP.

3a. Check Windowsupdate.log (%windir%\Windowsupdate.log) for errors
associated with the download/install.

3b. Compare errors to those listed here:
