error message when trying to add a network printer

windows cannot connect to the printer access is denied.

Any suggestions?

Hmmmm. You haven't given us a whole lot to go on here. Care to
articulate both your network setup, what kind of printer it is, whether
it is a Vista-compatible driver, and what steps you took to get the
error message, just at least to start the conversation?
