Error message when trying to backup files

Hello,
I recently purchased a new computer with Windows Vista. I attempted to
backup my files and inserted a DVD-R disk, which is my E: drive. Before
getting through the first disk, I keep getting an error message that reads:
"E:\\ZZImages\ZZImages\PREINST5.SWM(Error Code: 020150-20-00000000)
Does anybody have any idea what could be causing this problem? Any feedback
would be greatley appreciated. Thanks.

Could be defective media (DVD), not enough storage space.
