Error message when trying to get SP3

When I tried to download SP3 the download hung, so I canceled. Now when I
try to run Windows Update, I get this message: The website has encountered a
problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view. The options
provided below might help you solve the problem.

I have tried restarting and still get the same message. Any ideas?
