Error message when trying to update Windows

Whenever I try to use Windows Update, I get [Error number: 0x800A1391] and
I can't find any information on it nor how to fix it. Consequently, I can't
get the security updates.

You receive an "Initialization error 0x800A1391" error message and the Windows Update Web site
does not appear
