While installing Service pack 2 for Windows XP I just got the message "Access
denied" and the process was cancelled. Error code is 0x80070005. Is there a
way to solve this??

See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/873148
You receive an "Access is denied" error message when you try to install
Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1

I was trying to do as they are saying in the article, but I just CANNOT find
all this places in registry which are forbidden for access. I only managed to
change vnd.ms.radio, but it didn't help. Isn't there an easier way? Maybe
more automated?

How to obtain assistance from MS Support

Customers in the U.S. and Canada can receive technical support from
Microsoft Product Support Services at 1-866-PCSAFETY. There is no-charge for
support calls that are associated with security updates or using Automatic
Updates. When you call, clearly state your problem and the associated error
code/s.

In other countries, see http://support.microsoft.com/security
"No-Charge Support...for virus and other security-related" issues in
right-hand menu for localized contact information.

For more information about how to contact Microsoft for support issues,
visit the
International Support Web site:
https://support.microsoft.com/common/international.aspx
