ERROR: mmc could not create the snap-in

I can't seem to open the Task Scheduler snap-in. I keep getting this error:

MMC could not create the snap-in. The snap-in might not have been installed
correctly.

Name: Task Scheduler
CLSID: FX:{GUID}

How can I reinstall? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
