Error Msg:D:\Setup.exe is not a valid Win32 Application

I'm trying to hookup a new printer and keep getting the above msg.
Error Msg D:\Setup.exe is not a valid Win32 Application

How do I fix this, please explain in steps, as not very knowledgable
on computer. Thanks
