Error number: 0x80070002 + 1st time update

Just installed Win XP Pro and testing the set-up before registering.
Would that trigger this Err#.

This message came up after going through the 1st auto update.
I tried to update manualy ...

You receive a "0x80070002" or "0x80070003" error code after you download an update
from Windows Update, from Microsoft Update, or from Windows Server Update Services

When searching for available updates on the Update site, you see the 0x80070002 or
0x80070003 error
