Error number: 0x8007041D and 0x8024d007

When I try to run Windows update I get the Error number: 0x8007041D. I then
ran services.msc, went to Automatic Updates, right clicked and pressed Start,
but I get the following error message 0x8024d007.

Any thoughts???

Just to let everyone know, the following doc from Mila fixed the problem:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\SoftwareDistribution\Setup\Ser viceStartup\wups.dll\5.8.Â*0.2469 folder. After removing this file, windowsupdate works great.
