Error number: 0x800710DD

When trying to use Windows Update from Windows Server 2003 I get the message
"The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view" with Error number: 0x800710DD. I have tried the fix in
KB910359 with no luck.
Any other suggestions any one, please.
