Error number: 0x80072EFD solution!

After encountering this error message too many times, I found this post and
it does work. Great work by this guy!

Ok all this worked except this file here regsvr32 wuaueng1.dll , it says that
this file failed to load and could not be found.

Rest of the files mentioned worked was registered perfectly, except regsvr32
wuaueng1.dll

Whats up with that

The file is either damaged or not present. The issue may be related to
the state of the OS or, 3rd party software may be either causing the
damage or not allowing the proper installation of the Windows Update Agent.

Suggest you try running the AU Reset tool:
http://www.codeplex.com/aureset/Rele...eleaseId=17263

Download and save it. Once the download completes, close all open
programs and browsers.

Help or User Guide to learn how this is done. Or, visit the
manufacturer's web site. ***

When you've done the above, with the system connected to the
net/network, run au_check_v78_codeplex.exe
Reboot.

Can the system update now ?
If not, which version of Windows is this ?
