this is a service pack two problem, I would suggest you call microsoft 1 888
772 4357 (usa and canada) number there will be no charge and they will remedy
the problem, or wait till a more experienced mvp to appear, have you updated
your antivirus, done a scan, have you installed anti spyware and done a full
scan, i recommend microsoft antispyware program or spysweeper an excellent
product 30 day trial full version, go to webroot.com.
