Carey, I tried your suggestions below, but I still get messages to this
affect: "Userdata persistence must be Enabled". Mine was already set, but I
changed it back and forth several times and nothing changed. Also, my
"update" tray icon appears, but when I go to click on it, it disappears. Is
this a sympton of this new worm just released???
