[Error number: 0x800A01B6] -Unable to Update

[Error number: 0x800A01B6]
I have the standard version of Win2K3 server, SP1 applied.
After recent update to SP1, tried to verify for a new updates but the access
was denied (Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the
requested page).
Following the suggestions from Microsoft web site, I have disabled the
firewall and Antu-virus, but the result is the same.
Anyone?

I solve the problem disabling the firewall service under Control Panle-->
Services. Simply turning it off doesn't work because it does not shut the
service.
