Error Number 0x800B100

i keep getting this error when trying to Update. I am running XP SP2
No previous answer seems to fit. Help.

I found this hear;

Three possible solutions:-

Click Start., choose Run.
In the Run box, type: regsvr32 softpub.dll

Click OK.
and/or
Click Start, choose Run.
In the Run box, type: regsvr32 Mssip32.dll

Click OK.
and/or
Click Start, choose Run.
In the Run box, type: regsvr32 Initpki.dll

Click OK.
