Error number: 0x8024002E

Dear All,

I'v been trying to access the windows update and everytime I get the error
messager in the subject above. I tried all the suggested solutions in the
"Microsoft Online Assisted Support" link but in vain.

For your info, the automatic update is on!!

Could anyone provide help?

Windows version? What suggestions did you try? Is this a sudden, new
problem?
