I'm tring to download windows update but I receive this message at the end of
the query: "The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page
you are trying to view."
In the web page there are the following steps to try solving the problem:
Refresh the page.
In Internet Explorer, delete your Temporary Internet Files by going to the
Tools menu and clicking Internet Options.
Close and then re-open Internet Explorer.

I have done it but it does not give me any result.
Is there someone who can help me?
Thanks

Hi
Just want you to know, that you are not alone :-{
1 out of 6 identical PC's will not update, with the same error as yours.

SUS_E_PT_SOAP_SERVER
The message was OK but server couldn't process at the moment. Same message *may* succeed
at a later time.

Try again tomorrow.

Thanks for your replay.
I dont think the server is the problem. I tried 5-6 times with this PC
without success. At the same time 5 other PC's were able to complete the job.

Error message when you try to install updates by using the Windows Update Web site:
"0x80245003"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919749/EN-US/
"Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested page."

If that doesn't help :-
Rename the SoftwareDistribution folder (it will be recreated next time you visit WU again)
You will lose your history but that's not important.

Click Start, Choose Run.
In the Run box, type services.msc.
Click OK.
Right-click the Automatic Updates service.
Click Stop.
Stopping the service will take a moment.

Rename the "SoftwareDistribution" folder:
a. Click Start, click Run, type %systemroot%, and then click OK.
b. Right-click the SoftwareDistribution folder, and then click Rename.
c. Type SoftwareDistribution.old, and then press ENTER to rename this folder.

Click Start. Choose Run.
In the Run box, type services.msc.
Click OK.
Right-click the Automatic Updates service.
Click Start.
Starting the service will take a moment.

Define "job". Were all those machines doing only a specific identical
set of updates? (Check the logs to be sure.) Otherwise, perhaps
the problem machine needed to access a different server or perhaps
its projected needs exceeded the current threshhold, etc.

Have you tried limiting the requests from that machine to one update,
e.g. the smallest one?
