my name is Frank.
Please try the following steps at your PC:
1. Click at "Start" and "Run"
2. Enter each line as own command:
REGSVR32 MSXML.DLL
REGSVR32 MSXML2.DLL
REGSVR32 MSXML3.DLL
Or download MSXML from microsoft.

Try going to http://www.java.com and download the java client. It worked for
me.

There are 2 stages

1. Visit this link and download .Net 1.1
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
FamilyID=262d25e3-f589-4842-8157-
034d1e7cf3a3&displaylang=en

Click download and install fix

2. A. . Click on Start, Run and type "REGSVR32 MSXML.DLL"
(without the
quotes,
please
note there is a space between Regsvr32 and the file
name). You should see a
popup
message that this process succeeded.

B. Click on Start, Run and type "REGSVR32 MSXML2.DLL"
(without the quotes,
please
note there is a space between Regsvr32 and the file
name). You should see a
popup
message that this process succeeded.

C. Click on Start, Run and type "REGSVR32 MSXML3.DLL"
(without the quotes,
please
note there is a space between Regsvr32 and the file
name). You should see a
popup
message that this process succeeded


Now try running the update once again.
