[Error number: 0x80244018] on Win 2003 Server SE

I have several servers. Dell 2600. For two servers Automatic Update
(controlled of course) does work and give no problems at all. Two other
servers give the next message.

[Error number: 0x80244018]
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view.

I have done a lot of things to correct this, but none seems to work.

Any one an Idea what to do about this?
