Error number: 0x8024402C need help please

Hi i've been getting this error recently every time I try to update my
system. The only firewall that i have is the windows firewall. I tried all
the solutions I found on the Microsoft help and support and nothing seems to
work. Would anyone know how i should deal with this problem?

yes i did but with no use i even tried the proxycfg -d thing but nothing
happned. oh i am connected through a university proxy but other pc's dont
have this problem.
