Error number: 0x8DDD0009 after installing Office2003

Hi
I have uninstalled Office2000 and installed Office2003.
Now when I try to run WindowsUpdate I get Error number: 0x8DDD0009.
AutoUpdates and OfficeUpdates still run correctly, just not the manually
started WindowsUpdates.

I have tried unistalling Office2003 and WindowsUpdates works again normally.
I have tried going back to Office2000 but that will not allow my to install
updates KB920822 & KB921568 as it thinks I dont have Office2000 installed
anymore.

I would prefer to use Office2003, but I do need the WindowsUpdate to work.
Any ideas ?
