Error Number 0xC80003FA in Windows 2000

Hello all,

I am getting the above error in Windows 2000. I did a fresh install on a
new HDD. To this point I only have Win2k, Office 2003 and Sophos Anti-Virus.
I tried a lot of the fixes that saw for XP with this same error, but those do
not work. Any one have any ideas????
