an error occurred during the move process: -119

Hello, I have just updated my harddrive to a 250 gb from a 40 gb. I
performed a data transfer after installing vista on my old 40gb so that both
pcs would be the same. I am reinstalling my software, and is having a
problem with Sierra Card Studio 2003. I get an error message on disk one
that says

"an error occurred during the move process: -119 " at 94%
file group: windows selfreg
file: C:\windows\system32\OLEAUT.dll

Do you know how I resolve this?
