Error open Word 2007 in Windows Vista Home Student

When I open file word version 2003 one error ocurred :
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close
the program and notify you if a solution is avaible.

Please I NEED Help!! Because I instalation 3 times Windows Vista in my
computer but the solution not resolved.
