Error when opening email : There was an error opening this message

Hey
I just downloaded and install latest version of WLM, but after configuring
accounts , whenever I click on any email message to view email body in
reading pane, I get this error in a dialog box

"There was an error opening this message"

It seems it has downloaded the messages completely, because send and receive
completed without any error .
By the way it also can't open messages from its own programs for example
welcome email message from WLM client,

I'm using this client on Windows Vista Ultimate,
Version 12.0.1184

What do you think ? I guess it's a problem of the client or maybe a conflict
between previous version of this program (before installing new version I
completely uninstall old version )

I just installed that in a fresh copy of windows xp pro , and its working
fine , I don't know which file in this copy on windows vista is corrupted,
please help me
