Error on Outlook 2007

I have a problem running my Outlook 2007 program, my default "pst" file is
mailbox.pst, whenever I run the outlook an error appears and says to run the
scanpst tool, I have runit but no change in the file still corrupted, can
someone help me out with this please Im trying to recover old important mails

This newsgroup is for Vista, an operating system. Outlook is part of
Microsoft Office, a suite of applications. You should ask Outlook questions
in one of the several newsgroups dedicated to Office and/or Outlook. You
have a much better chance of getting Outlook-specific advice from the
Outlook users there.

Ok Im sorry le t me get this stragiht should I go to Outlook discussion, how
can I get there?? I see two smal tabs in the community one that says search
for: (so I think I should tipe "Error on Outlook 2007") and in the "In:" tab
should I look for "Outlook 2007) ?? .

I have downloaded the program and I have seen a folder created by the program
and diferent files created, but when I run Outllook I have gone to File >
Open and he file doesnt open, what can I do??
