error ox51f Service pack 1 wont install

Any ideas?

I have the same problem ...Have you had any one come up with helpful info?

NOt yet. I did some searching and some sites recommend checking or turning
off spy ware monitor. Other sites discuss issues with the registry, that way
seems like a very complicated fix. When I get to my my home computer I will
try and run a simple reinstall of Office 2003 and hope that finds the problem.

I have the same problem with service pack 2....initiated and starts
downloading...then fails. checked security settings and spyware turned off
but to no avail!! whaaa...any ideas?
