error in page while loading

Can somebody help me? When Im loading update, it just cant load it. It says
error number: 0x80072EFD. What can I do? Now I cant load any updates

Error: 80072EFD = ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT
Translation: Cannot connect to the Internet server
