Error possibly related to local admin rights

Hi Guys,
I'm quite new to SUS.

I applied a GPO to an OU with 2 machines one with admin
rights and other one no admin.

I setup my update to Option 4, dowload the update everyday
at 9am.

For machine with Admin rights he got the update Perfect!!!

However for the second machine with no admin rights I got
this error in the log and no update is installed.
Error IUengine Library download error Will retry (Error
0x80072EFD)
Error IUengine Library download error and timed out
(140125ms) will not retry (Error 0x80072EFD)
I checked in Event log and the update is already
donwloaded but looks like cannot be installed.

I logout and login with local admin rights after three
mins there is a balloon telling me that there is an
update. I click the options and YES it is installing
perfectly.

Is this option 4 really working for GPO with non admin
rights.


Please advise how to troubleshoot.
