error reinstalling WSUS "DoInstall:ParseCommandLine failed (Error

I had to remove WSUS server when another application started to fail - they
both used SQL.. Here is the message from the log file


2007-11-26 13:22:01 Error MWUSSetup ParseCommandLine: Failed
to open SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Update Services\Server\Setup registry key (Error
0x80070002: The system cannot find the file specified.)
2007-11-26 13:22:30 Error MWUSSetup DoInstall:
ParseCommandLine failed (Error 0x80041453)

Any idea's?
