Error report 0x80070020

Hi!

Please give a hint!

I've spent "some" time with the error report 0x80070020. I had once the
spybot, I uninstalled it - but it didn't disappear (it gave warnings when
entering sp2 download pages even there was no more software anymore due to
windows add/remove software tool). I downloaded the spybot again and turned
of the teatimers etc. No solution. I unistalled the spybot, this time with
it's own uninstaller and executed the manufacturers registry cleaners and
even manually removed some stuff. Now I really don't have the spybot anymore.
Still I get the same error report. Also virus software is disabled. What to
do?
