Hi Tammy,

That message indicates you had the MyWebSearch toolbar installed -
M3plugin.DLL is part of that program.

This toolbar is not part of Windows Vista itself. It is a third-party
app which was installed onto Vista, either by yourself at some stage or
by whoever configured the machine for you.

You can either re-install the toolbar, if you want to keep it; or else,
uninstall it completely. There are some instructions at the MyWebSearch
website:

http://help.mywebsearch.com/sbar2.html

Hope it helps,

Andrew

G'day Peter

Thanks! Yeah, I've been away for a while, working on other stuff. But
now I have some spare time again ...

I'm glad someone here still remembers me :-)

Cheers,

Andrew

Aww, I do as was well, but I was too shy to say anything, cos, cos...
you're my hero!!

Be warned - you've returned during a lull from the psycho trolls, so I hope
they won't put you off.

ss.

Hey, Synapse!

Aw, shucks :-) I don't feel like much of a hero; but it's nice to hear
you say so.

I looked in at the newsgroup from time to time; and was nonplussed to
see the same idiots still carrying on with psycho trolls. They'll
probably never quit. Can't the KGB take those clowns down to Lubyanka
for some, uh, "counselling"? :-)

Conversely I'm glad you're still around, making good technical
contributions.

Cheers for now,
Andrew
