Error with Security Update

Windows Update is trying to install
Security Update for Microsoft Office 2003 (KB947355).

It has been for several weeks. I keep getting the error message:
Error Code: 0x51F
Try to install the update again, or request help from one of the following
resources.
For self-help options:
Frequently Asked Questions
Find Solutions
Windows Update Newsgroup

I've tried fixes for other similar errors I've seen in the group, but to no
avail.

OS is XP; I have Office 2007 Suite upgraded from the 2003 suite.

Hope one of you can help me out.

You receive an "Installation Error: File not Found" or "Error 0x51F"
error message when you try to update Office 2003 programs from the
Office Update Web site or the Office Download Center

You may receive error 0x51F when you try to install an Office Updates.
Applicable Office versions: Office 2003

What's happening is the installer can not find the local installation
cache. The issue *might* be complicated due to the upgrade to Office 07.
You would probably be better served by posting this issue to the Office
Update newsgroup -
