error sign in 8100030d

Hi i do have an windows live messeger ..and for about 3 days i cant sign in.. and says that has a error 8100030 d.. could you help me please? Thank you Ana

Im getting the same error but when I use a different account its OK.
The account that doesnt work has the Yahoo! IM intergration signed up.

This sounds like a known conflict with Zone Alarm. Suggest you uninstall and
backup to version 7.5.0322 until its fixed, it worked for me

You can also try this.

Go to Start, run, then type "regedit"

Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\microsoft\MSNMessenger\ Policies

Delete the key "contacts.msn.com"

Then, try launching Windows Live Messenger again.
