Hy Oystein,
I have been fighting this issue in my organization for months. It
mainly happens on my Latitude D620's and it has happened on a few
Optiplex GX620's. The first thing to do is to make sure the Bios is up
to date, the latest Bios fixes issues with the Dual Core processors.
Next, there is a patch out for this issue from Microsoft. Lucky for
you, you don't need to call MS. I waisted an entire morning and part
of my afternoon trying to get this Hotfix. They finally released it
for download. The KB article number is 927891.
