Error when tring to use Window Vista help

When I try to access "help" from Windows Vista I always get this error
Library not registered
Code 8002801D (I can include more of the error message if needed)
I would appreciate any help or advice you could give me.

Hi Award,

In the white line (Start Search) area of the Start Menu, or Run, type:

CMD> regsvr32 asp.dll

I followed the instructions and I am getting an error about "asp.dll failed
to load" and something about needing a binary.... I may have made a
mistake?!?!!? (I'm new at this) If you could enlighten me I would be very
grateful!

Try running a "sfc /scannow" (no quotes) command to see if it can find
and fix ir for you instead.
