Error trying to run WSUS on port 80

Have upgraded from SUS to WSUS on SBS2003 server and set up everything on
port 80 however have problem running WSUS site on port 80 as following error
message appears when try to start WSUS web site in IIS . "IIS was unable to
start the site. Another site may already be using the port you configured for
this site. Please select an unused port for this site." Only way to get it to
work is to stop the Defaault site (on port 80) then start WSUS - the 2 won't
run together. Changing the port for the WSUS site means the clients can't
check in and update. Any help would be appreciated as it is a pain to keep
stopping and starting sites in IIS.
