Hi,I Installed ASTON software to my Windows Vista OS.After instaling i asked for log off & then restarted the system. After restarting I got only Windows logon screen. But after providing my administrator password, its showing an error message box saying "ordinal 123 could not be located in dynamic link library (Shell32.dll)". This msgbox having single OK button to accept.Clicking on OK button, blackens the entire screen.Nothing other its showing. How to enter inside the OS....?Please help me..Regards,Manju

Hi,

At bootup, hit F8 to load the boot menu. From the list, try either the Last
Known Good Configuration, or Safe Mode with Command Prompt where you can run
rstrui.exe (System Restore).

>"ordinal 123 could not be located in dynamic link library (Shell32.dll)".

When receiving the above the only way out from this error message and error is
either a System Restore or a clean reformat of the Hard Drive

Don't rush.

Do the restore thing, but if it doesn't work, take your time. Think about
data on the drive you might to retrieve and where (and how) you want to save
it and so on.

Shouldn't his data already be stored on a backup drive? :-)
