If that is really what the error message is saying something is corrupted.
However, I suspect that a properly transcribed error message would
indicate that you have the wrong version of module setupwbv.dll
Try using your sfc tool to find a newer version of that module.
If you need more help you should find as many copies of that module
as you have and tell us their properties.
BTW you may get better help from a newsgroup which specializes
in your OS.
