I suddenly get the following error when navigating to many different pages
in Iexplorer:

iexplore.exe Assert in LSP g_socket_data.lookup(s)==0
capture\lsp\nlsp\wsp_patches.ccc:1313

Can anyone explain what I need to do to eliminate this error?

Hi,

Click start and type 'internet explorer', one of the menu options will be
for it to load without addons. Try this mode and see if the problem still
occurs. If it doesn't, then you can go under tools/manage addons and begin
disabling those that load with IE until you get the problem to stop.

Using Ricks suggestion I found that Shockwave was causing the assert. Of
course, when I disable Shockwave I can't play any Shockwave apps. I sent a
trouble report off to Adobe and I'm awaiting a response. Thanks for your
help Rick.

They'll likely tell you to remove and reinstall the plugin.
